Some physicians may be unfamiliar with prescribing cannabinoids and medical cannabis to their patients because (and not limited to) a lack of experience with medical cannabis, a lack of understanding regarding dosing and ingestion methods, and side effect profile.Physicians at the CMClinic have been researching and developing best practices surrounding cannabinoids and medical cannabis. CMC has developed a proprietary training program to ensure their physicians are specialty trained in assessing patients for cannabinoid treatment.
The physicians and cannabinoid educators at CMClinic are your partners in providing effective care to your patients. CMClinic maintains an open dialogue with the referring physician. Following your patient’s appointment at the CMClinic, we will send you a Consultation Letter, containing information on the prescription written, dosage recommended, and duration of use. CMClinic works collaboratively with you to ensure the patient receives the best comprehensive care possible.
Our physicians are always available to discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have regarding patient care and referrals. We invite you to attend one of CMClinic’s educational seminars or events, which aim to help educate and inform fellow physicians about this emerging field.
